    Hello, Non-Dieters!

Today is the first day I’ve been able to post, because of difficulty logging in to the blog. Have made some changes and things should go more smoothly from here on out. Here’s our week’s info:

It’s an emotional week- top “stressed” emotions are nervousness, carelessness, desire for things to be different, lust, dominating, and  projection. Most stressed organ is sinus. Maybe some of us need a good cry?  Energetically, on Monday, it looked as if that could be the case.

We also communicated, via our energy fields, that we are feeling inadequate and because of that are looking for strength and confidence. We want to recognize our own power. We feel that we can be inarticulate at times, and that our thoughts are disorganized. We’re also experiencing some apathy, almost bordering on martyrdom as we think about withdrawing from some of the demands that have been placed on us.

Is this everybody? Of course not. However it is possible that many of us have at least one of these forms of stress, or perhaps even an element of all of them. When information is sent to balance, those who need the frequency accept, those who don’t - don’t!

Our top concern this week is with acupuncture meridians. Remember, the meridians are the highways of information in the body.  Some of our energy seems to be stuck in a traffic jam. This is a common result of stress, and maybe one of the most important things we can be aware of and work to correct.

Top risk is still stress from sugar regulation, although the numbers are much better this week than last.

We energetically suggested that a solution would be to work with mood disorders, anxiety, the immune system and to stimulate our intelligence!

And our central message for the week?  It’s to forgive ourselves for all our errors-

    Cathy

    March 9-15

Are you aware that we create most of what happens to us and are capable of making significant changes as we get in tune with working with the subconscious?

    I thought so.

Otherwise you wouldn’t be in a weight management group that works with frequency to release stress on a subconscious level!

You know the drill by now- 5 days a week subtle energy is sent, using quantum biofeedback, from a distance, (my home in florida) to “destress” the energy field.  The energy flows to you just like energy flows from one cell phone to another.

Many experts now say that  what creates excess fat is stress-not overeating. Some of the stress is from daily living, food additives, toxicity, and so on. But much of it is from genetic coding, unconscious decisions made early in life, etc. and can only be accessed and dealt with through work with the subconscious.  In fact, an unconscious decision to insulate the body with a protective layer of fat may be the trigger to the whole thing.

The biofeedback device being used, the SCIO, interfaces with the unconscious mind to tell us, on many levels, what the stressors are. Then information is sent to the energy field to “de-stress it”. Remember, the energy field is the template for the human body.

So here goes for this week-

Top item on the matrix this week was stress from “intestinal noise’. I’m not making any further comments on that one…

Pride, grief, embarassment, carelessness, antagonism and “unrealistic” are the emotions that were measured as creating the most imbalances in our energy fields.

There was actually a great deal of color coding in monday’s analysis- in other words, there were alot of stress markers. A message came up on the screen that ” powerful energy is being released”. We also indicated that there is a cleansing , a desire to break with the past & repetitive behavior patterns, to release negativity and enhance intuitive abilities. We asked for psychic clarity and also friendship/bonding.

We still show alot of energy for “over care for the welfare of others” and got a message to let others decide their own destiny.

Let me go further in reference to the large # of stress markers this week. Remember with biofeedback that’s a positive, not a negative, because when the field responds to stress it means the body is attempting to self-heal. Problems could develop when the field STOPS responding.  In other words, if the matrix wasn’t colorful it would not necessarily be a positive thing.  With that in mind, here’s the list of organs that had high stress measurements-( were very colorful ) thyroid, thymus, parathyroid, bones and bone marrow, pancreas, stomach, connective tissue, and muscles of the hand and wrist.

Again, information will be sent for the rest of the week to help relieve some of this stress so that the body can continue to self heal. This is a great complement to anything else you might presently be doing for your health.

Our top stressor?  Blood sugar! You might want to do some reading or go to www. google.com and read about insulin resistance and syndrome X. Some posts will be put up this week to give more information.

Also, there was stress related to acupunture meridians. Meridians are the body’s highways of information. They’re comparable to  wiring in a house. If there’s a kink in the wiring- no lights. Same with us- we’re electric, and the electricity has to flow. It flows through the meridians.

One last thing- the group indicated energetically that a primary reasons some of us have made a decision, on an unconscious level, to insulate our body with fat is because we have no other way of defending ourselves. We can’t bite back- so we eat.   Hmmm.

    All for now-  Cathy

    March 2-8

Today was a beautiful session, and we didn’t shut down the device!

Here are the top stressors for the week as relate to weight management -

    Top item- kidney/urinary system

Emotions- lust, resistance to change, denial, and bargaining

    We want to:

-relax, focus on the cause of emotional blocks, stop procrastinating, identify and release beliefs that work subconsciously, stop trying to use our will to solve problems, and start understanding other peoples’ point of view

There is a concern about stress from environmental toxins, stress from deficiency of nutrients, lack of awareness, and a theme that plays through the session is stress from inherited issues- so it looks like stress related to heredity will be a focus this week.

Cellular memory is still stress related to dispute with a family member. Last week it was measured as “anger”, this week it’s measured as a “dispute’.  Actually,  the family is a big source of stress this week for the group.

We are also asking to work on the stress of enzyme intolerance, immune system imbalances, circulation, and environmental issues

As you know, we’re doing stress management… when the field achieves balance, or homeostasis, the body can self heal. Even though weight management is our focus, there may be other results as well- the AMA says 85% of all disease is caused by stress!
