    This week  relieving stress on the immune system appears to be a priority. No doubt when we feel fatigued, or as if we’re about to come down with the flu, the unconscious may instruct us to bring in some extra calories so we can pile on some  extra  insulation. Doesn’t matter what the conscious says- the unconscious is in control.

    Fortunately we in this group are not dieters, but rather people who believe in the  power of small, consistent changes. For example, just starting to drink a cup or two of tea a day could make a huge difference in not just weight management but overall health and immunity as well.
