We’re continuing to focus on MSG related stress this week. What’s  interesting is that whenever energy is sent, we go into “alarm”. All that means is that there is a strong reaction to the energy received, even if it’s on an unconscious level.
In other words, it looks like we could be highly stressed by MSG , and most of us  don’t even realize it’s in almost everything we eat.
Of course you know that people can’t just receive energy for long term stress from MSG, or anything else for that matter, and expect it to be all that helpful unless they also make some changes in lifestyle. In this case, it might mean giving up processed foods.Â
That  isn’t easy, because MSG, according to experts, is addictive! Maybe that’s the secret behind “you can’t eat just one”, etc.
Here’s the good news. We’re working with subtle energy. A small change can make a profound difference. Can you give up  just one food, or reduce the quantity of that food ? For example, just one day a week could you have a salad instead of a sandwich for lunch? Or give up one fast food meal a week, or maybe  just not have the fries?
Making a small change can be powerful. Try it. With time, you may notice that on the salad day you feel more energetic, less depressed, maybe even less hungry.Â
As we continue to send information to the energy field to deal with the stress of resistance to change and various fears that are related to being the person you were created to be, you may decide to make even more changes. But easy does it.
It’s the small, consistent, changes that make the difference over the long haul.
