  • ADRENALS

Got a number of emails yesterday about the post on adrenals. So many people seem to be suffering from adrenal fatigue, and yet people are, for the most part, totally unaware of what happens to the body when the adrenals begin to run down.  It’s not pretty.

The adrenals rest right over the kidneys, and work to help us get out of tough situations, i.e. run when we see a threat. We don’t need to physically run too often in this modern age,  but watching the news,  fighting with your spouse, or even opening the mail can evoke the same level of stress. In fact, our adrenals seem to be in a state of what they call “fight or flight”  most of the day just because of the hectic schedule so many of us keep.

If you’re a member of this group, 5 days a week de-stressing information is being sent to the adrenals. For your part, go to www.google.com and learn what you can do to support your adrenal health. I can’t give you nutritional information, as I’m not a nutritionist. However here’s a clip that has some valuable information!   CLICK HERE

HOW STRESS MAKES YOU FAT, TIRED, AND SICK

Most people have no idea that they control their reality. They believe that, on some level, they are victims. But  this is not true- as Joe Vitale says in “Life’s Missing Instruction Manual” :

You have a body, but you are not your body

You have a mind, but you are not your mind

You have emotions, but you are not your emotions

You are the being behind it all, able to choose what you want, able to direct it all.

Problem is, if our “being behind all this”, or in other words, our life force, has depleted energy or a “dead battery”, due to stress, how can we  create the life we desire?  We have to get a handle on all this, so here’s some information that might explain what stress does to the body. Keep in mind that your adrenals are your batteries-

    ARE YOU A PROFESSIONAL DIETER?

Is anybody checking their PH? If you don’t feel like going to a health food or drugstore to purchase PH strips, an online source is www.PHionbalance.com.

We’re working with various forms of stress that have caused us to create a protective layer of fat “insulation”. One of the greatest stressors on our human system is PH imbalance. In fact, many experts say there’s only one disease, and it’s acidity.

So if we know how important it is to check PH throughout the day, and alkalize if necessary, and still don’t, what’s the reason?  Why do we instead continue to sign up for expensive weight loss programs, go on painful fasts and detoxes, and find further ways to torture ourselves  when the solution to losing some inches might be as simple as alkalizing the body?

Well, here’s a possibility. We could so be terrified, on a subconscious level, to release excess weight that we  sabatage our diet efforts by making things too difficult.

Maybe if we released some of our fat insulation we would look and feel too good, do better professionally, or even attract a love interest. (Now THAT’S scary!)

If we hold on to this fear it doesn’t matter what we do, the fat will never leave. We are that powerful.

This group is working, energetically, to relieve the stress of this resistance. The information you receive 5 days a week to “de-stress” will be more effective if you will take some action once you have awareness of the importance of new behaviors, like checking and balancing PH. Taking action is like “double-clicking” a new icon on your computer. You might have downloaded a new program, but without some action the information just sits there!

    PH TESTING

If you checked out the “member information” in the upper right hand corner you saw that the group is continuing to give markers for stress on bones. This could be  related to stress from acidity. No doubt about it, experts say that Americans are highly acidic, primarily because of their diet. (Emotions can cause acidity too.)

It’s bad enough that having an acid PH can create stress on the bones, but this acidity also can make us fat. That’s because fat is a protective mechanism. The beautiful intelligence that we possess knows to set things up so that acid is stored in the fat layer instead of being released into the body all at once. (That could be fatal.)

Cosmetic surgeons say that when they do liposuction, the fat looks like battery fluid,( it’s all black ) from the acidity stored in the fat layer. So, relieve the stress of acidity and you might release some inches!

Here’s some information on how to test for acidity-  CLICK HERE
