Someone in our group called with this information-she purchased a magazine, FIRST, which had the following alert:

“Exposure to electromanetic frequencies (EMFs) – magnetic fields emitted by electrical equipment such as cell phones, computers, microwaves and TVs, can result in excess belly fat, warns Sherrill Sellman, N.D., a certified electromagnetic radiation safety advisor. EMFs cause internal stress that triggers a rise in blood lecvels of unhealthy inflammatory compounds, explains Dr. Sellman. That rise in internal inflammation can lead to insulin resistance and the fat, fatigue, brain fog and low libido it causes.

To limit exposure to EMFs: Leave the kitchen when the microwave is on, turn off cell phones when they’re not being used and utilize a hands-free headset; place any cordless phone in the bedroom as far away from the bed as possible and turn off or unplug electrical equipment that’s not in use.”

The attached article is about an approach Cuba took to wellness, in particular to disease  that used to hit the population after hurricaines.

Allopathic approaches such as vaccines had always been used, but without much success. This time they worked with homeopathy, and the results were astounding.

If you aren’t familiar with “homeopathy” you might want to learn about it. Why? Because it was the preferred approach to health until not all that long ago. We don’t hear much about it any more. . The pharmaceutical industry was successful in pushing it to the side, because it was relatively inexpensive compared to drugs. It cut into their profits by a huge margin .

Being that the pharmaceutical industry has very deep pockets, they started by gifting large sums of money to medical schools. In return for this they got to approve the faculty. Students started being taught that drugs were the only way to treat. Then they were hugely successful in creating  marketing campaigns that influenced the public sector.

Those who check it out will learn that the FDA was actually started to protect homeopathy, and that the Royal Family, and also the Rockefellors, just to name a few  of the  powerful people in our world , still use homeopathy instead of allopathy. Why? Probably because they know it works and is much safer.

You may want to skim the first part of the article, as the beginning is rather technical. When you get to about the middle  it gives an amazing  account of what happened. This might be of interest to  Americans, as vaccines continue to be prepared for us in reference to anticipated, and highly profitable,  ”diseases”.
