  • A WORLD OF OPPOSITES?

    People are worried about the economy, wondering how they can cut back expenses. So, here come the food giants to our rescue. Kraft Macaroni and Cheese, for example, is offering a terrific special. Frito Lay seems to be giving away free  chips. Applebee’s has the 2 entree and appetizer special for just $20.

    Now, if any of this whets your appetite, please read further before you rush out the door.

    We’re working with quantum physics. One of the things you begin to realize, the more you learn about this subject, is that things are often the opposite of what they appear to be. That’s because everything is energy. We are only aware of .1% of what is happening around us.

    So how does this apply to, for example, Kraft “I’ve got the blues” mac and cheese?

    Well, all this stuff is loaded with MSG, which acts on the brain. MSG has the ability to make even dirt become a comfort food. But that comfort is temporary. MSG is linked to depression, addiction, obesity, and much more. There is even a strong connection to autism.

    So, we feel better, temporarily, when we eat certain foods. All of us have our favorite food or restaurant.  Meanwhile, in the unseen world, we may be screwing up our brain.  That, in turn, can effect us on an emotional level so that we begin to create a life we really don’t desire. Remember, thoughts + emotion = your reality.  And this applies particularly to unconscious thoughts + unconscious emotions. You know, that 99.9% you don’t realize is shaping your reality.

    So, in the world of opposites…the more you stress out the more comfort food you eat…and THE MORE STRESS IN YOUR LIFE YOU CREATE.

    Here’s more info on MSG. And don’t even think about looking for MSG on a label. It comes under hundreds of names now, and if it is not whole food it probably has it. Even tofu- yep, the people eating soy products probably have been getting tons of MSG.

    ANOTHER PIECE OF THE PUZZLE?

    We know by now that stress in its many forms can cause us to to insulate our body with a layer of fat.The stress can be emotional , physical, mental, or even spiritual. It can come from within or from our surroundings. Usually it’s a combination.

    So here’s something else  to think about – they say there’s an “epidemic” of obesity in America. This implies contagion. Is it possible that there’s an obesity virus?

    HAS YOUR EATING BEEN OUT OF CONTROL ?

    Don’t know about the other members of the group, but during the last week or so I’ve been  starving. In particular, I’ve craved bread. Today, as I toasted the last 2 slices from a loaf, I said to a friend, who was on the phone “this is the last loaf of bread, even whole grain ,  I’m going to have in my house!”  (Yeah, right.)

    She reminded me that the body is always seeking balance.  If a person is craving energy (that’s all food is) there is obviously a reason.  According to her, there are some things going on in our solar system, i.e. solar flares, that could influence our need for energy at this time.

    She suggested I flow with it- so am passing this information along. Hopefully this isn’t the same as enabling- we still need to have awareness of what we’re putting into our systems. However, she had a point: guilt around eating only transmutes negative energy to the food, and could cause a person to put on even more weight.

    She suggested that instead of resisting this burst of hunger, honor the body’s need for balance and EAT THE EXTRA FOOD IT SEEMS TO REQUIRE .

    The friend, Laura Lassiter, has been trained to step into the energetic matrix and as a result often shares interesting  information. She is such a warehouse of knowledge that she now is even on talk radio.

    I asked if she would have some time to further elaborate through this forum, and she felt she might be able to do that later today (tuesday). Any comments she has can be seen if you click on the heading to the left “Has your eating been out of control?” and scroll down.

    Meanwhile, I personally am going to increase my protein consumption, so that maybe the bread cravings won’t be so intense. Also, will continue to stick with whole foods, grains, etc, as opposed to white flour and sugar.

    VACCINATIONS

    Often in our weekly analysis I see that vaccinations can contribute to the stress of toxicity. As we know, toxicity can be held in the fat layer and as a result keep us from releasing excess fat.

    Now we are told that swine flu vaccinations are being prepared for us. In reference to vaccinations, there is some compelling information that indicates they are harmful. On top of that, the swine flu “pandemic” seems to be a media event.

    Your inner guidance will tell you what to do if we ever get to a point where we are required to take this vaccination.  But please check out the facts.  .  

    No question about it, we don’t want fear or anger to be our primary vibration. That’s not the purpose of this post. Quantum physics teaches that we create our own reality, and that what we focus on grows.  We have to hold the vision of what we want, not what we don’t want.

    On the other hand, it probably didn’t matter what Jim Jones followers were focused on if they then went ahead and drank the koolade.

    HOW'S YOUR SUNDAY SHAPING UP?

    Today I’m going to buy groceries- this may not sound like a big deal to you, but for me, used to eating on the road for so many years, this has been a major shift. It’s still a surprise to open the refrigerator and see real food. For years it was just a container for drinks,  condiments, vitamins, etc.

    However, now I’ve seen that the more meals I prepare at home, the slimmer I get. Particularly when I add the couple of apricots a day (we talked about this a few posts back).

    And will share this- when I got into biofeedback, one instructor said that if a person was unwilling to give up pork, there was no reason for them to come in for sessions. He said that as quickly as we were releasing the stress of toxicity from their systems, they were re-introducing it, as pork is highly toxic to the human system. 

    So I still eat what I want, but try to avoid pork.

    Am shopping at the health food stores, but not in blind faith, because many of the items on the shelves are just as bad as anywhere else. Look at the labels for 5 numbers, not 4.  The definition of “organic”  has changed, and if the label doesn’t have the 5 numbers it isn’t really organic, even if it claims to be.

    Also, am going to start adding 3 T of coconut oil a day to my diet. ( and continuing to swish) If you have time or the inclination to do further reading on the slimming properties of coconut oil-  here’s one final bit of information-       CLICK HERE
