That’s right- energy draining, defeatest thinking can drain energy just as much as running a marathon.
You need more than just positive thinking, though. In fact those who try and fail at “positive thinking” often become worse off, because they now think their situation is hopeless.
Remember, the conscious mind is the creative one, the one that dreams up “positive thoughts”. The subconscious is the one that holds a collection of tapes from everything that’s happened to date. It will play the same responses over and over again, and as a result create the same forms of stress.
What can help change this? Quantum Physics-inspired stress management! That’s what we’re doing!
And the goal? It’s to harness the power of your mind, which could be more effective than any other approach you may have been programmed to believe you need.
Because of technology like the SCIO, we can say “Happy Independence Day”- because you can de-stress unwanted patterns and create a new you!

The whole point of this blog is for us to share our knowledge. Knowledge is power.
One of the posts asks about coconut oil, wondering if taking a teaspoon or so a day is releasing toxins into the system. So, I wanted to make it clear that only after swishing an oil around in the mouth for 15 or so minutes are toxins released.
Coconut oil is actually a powerful fat burner. It can help balance out stress related to the thyroid. It fights virus, bacteria, yeast and mold in the blood. It is known to help the body get rid of parasites. Soft tissue (fat) holds parasites.
Not only can you simply take a tsp. or so a day, you can cook with coconut oil in place of other oils and also spread it on muffins, etc. It’s delicious!
Coconut oil fell out of favor when the big margarine push started years back. We were told that coconut oil and butter could cause heart disease and cancer. So we switched to margarine, which…you guessed it…is now linked to heart disease and cancer.
This caused the price of coconut oil to drop, though,  so cattle farmers decided at the time to stock up on it and fatten their cows. But guess what- the cows got leaner, not fatter. That’s how coconut oil works. It helps the body release fat.
If you’d like to purchase some cocout oil, here’s a link to the purest form I’ve run across-Â Â Â PURE COCONUT OIL

The chemicals the modern day food industry puts in our food can practically make anything taste delicious. Problem is, these chemicals become embedded in every cell of  the body.  It has been proven scientifically that they are even  capable of disrupting the genetic code.
As a result, not only do we accumulate these toxins, but it is highly possible that we pass them along to our offspring.
If this sounds nuts- after all, how could our government let these chemicals go into our food if they’re that harmful - take a closer look at what’s happening to the children in this country- hyperactivity, learning disorders, autism. The teachers I talk to say kids are getting dumber by the year.
And of course cancer, diabetes, depression, etc- have skyrocketed. Something is definitely not as it should be.
You may not be quite ready to give up processed foods.  But remember the biochemistry of the human body will only tolerate toxicity to a point.   A regular, gentle, form of detox seems vital to our health.
