Most of us know that aspartame, which is used to sweeten diet sodas and many other low-calorie products, has been linked to a number of health problems. Here’s information from another study that shows the link between diet soda and kidney disease.
We drink diet sodas because we’re watching our weight, but many of us end up craving them even more than we craved “the real thing”.
