  • SOME GREAT CLOTHES ON THIS EBAY SITE!

A friend is cleaning out her closets because she’s lost so much weight she needs room for new clothes!  The items she’s selling are really beautiful, so thought I’d post some information here. She also has some other products, all great buys.

By the way, did you know that most of the time when you start de-cluttering your house you also lose some weight? They say our house is symbolic of our body.

That’s a scary thought. I’d better get to work.

CLICK HERE if you’d like to check out the merchandise on her site.

    PLEASE PASS THE POISON…PART I

A scene from a nightmare…you walk into a Christmas party, looking forward to spending time with your friends and of course to some good food and a few drinks. You know you’re going to bend a few rules for the holidays.

To your horror, everybody is eating arsenic. All the food is laced with it. ..drinks too.

Some of the people look like monsters, a/k/a celebrities, as they have those “milk mustaches” like in the dairy commercials.

You try to leave, but they press forward, insisting that you join them. You finally get to the exit, but are blocked in your escape by  representatives of the media…who push you back into the room.

Screaming, you wake up and realize that it was just a nightmare. But is it really?  Do you have to be asleep to experience something like this? Or are we asleep most of the time?

Want to do some dream analysis?

If so, let’s start with dairy products.      CLICK HERE

If this disturbs you , watch what happened when a couple of reporters tried to inform the public.

    REPLACING SUGAR WITH STEVIA

The typical response to the information on how harmful sugar really is, at least  among those of us that are “ health-minded but sweet-tooths” is to look for healthy sugar substitutes.

I’d always turned to stevia. However the other night was on a conference call with Dr. Ann de Wees Allen, a scientist who has done some amazing work related to the glycemic index. She mentioned that she wouldn’t touch stevia with a ten foot pole!

Looks like the whole plant (stevia is actually an herb) isn’t bad, but especially here in America we process and refine everything, and in that state stevia isn’t so great. This is the first I’d ever heard on this subject, so found an article on possible  dangers of stevia . Check it out!

RESOLUTION FOR 2010- NO MORE DIET SODA

Most of us know that aspartame, which is used to sweeten diet sodas and many other low-calorie products, has been linked to a number of health problems. Here’s information from another study that shows the link between diet soda and kidney disease.

We drink diet sodas because we’re watching our weight, but many of us end up craving them even more than we craved “the real thing”. Ironically, studies show they actually make us fatter, because for some strange reason we crave more carbs when we drink diet drinks.  But that’s the tip of the iceberg-   CLICK HERE

    T'IS THE SEASON…FOR SUGAR

Yesterday a friend brought over a plate of Christmas cookies…and it was such a treat I ate 5 or 6. After all, it’s the holiday season! They were delicious!

Not sure if it was worth it, though, because this morning I’m feeling rough. No energy, and aching muscles.

Checked email, and  the very first  was from Dr. Jan Dilley in AZ-the suject? Sugar.

That was interesting, because in the Be Thin Within group we work with quantum physics via various forms of energetic technology. The goal is to relieve the stress in the human energy field so that we can create the life we desire, including correct size and shape. One of the things that may happen when the energy field is balanced, or “de-stressed”  is that synchronicity occurs- in other words, when you need something, it appears.

Keeping that in mind, Here’s the information Dr. Jan sent:

“People wonder why they often get colds or the flu over the Holidays. It could be because they’re eating more sugar.

    Sugar …

      Accelerates the aging process

     Increases Blood pressure

Suppresses the Immune system  - when your immune system is strong you can fight off bacteria and germs that cause dis-ease

     Reduces the production of antibodies

Generates the production of free radicals

     Can cause insulin resistance

Exacerbates obesity – by increasing the formation of adipose tissue (body fat)

     Promotes tooth decay

     Cancer thrives on sugar

Increases the production of Cholesterol and cortisol.

Build your immune system with belly laughter, more fruits and vegetables, C, E, B vitamins, and minerals… reduce or eliminate sugar this season and see how you feel..  Just  make the decision prior to being tempted – do you prefer to feel good, have energy, look good, and enjoy the season, or is it more important to eat the sugar that we are bombarded with?   Good health is your choice…”

So easy to forget how harmful sugar is, especially this season. Now my memory is refreshed, hope yours is too!

Have a blessed & healthy Christmas!!
