A friend sent over a great video, 7 myths of fat loss and fitness. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did! The only section I don’t totally buy into is the spot reducing information, but that’s because I’ve had alot of success with the It Works program.
Last week read a great book by Dr. Eric Braverman the “Younger Thinner You Diet.” He ties obesity and also premature aging to the brain, specifically neurotransmitters. The book has a simple test that might give you an idea of which neurotransmitters are deficient. Of course the biofeedback can measure the stress related to this.
Over the next few days I’ll be giving some information on the symptoms of neurotransmitter deficiency and some of the foods that can, according to Dr. Braverman, turn that around! According to him, a fat cell is just an aged cell, so by following his suggestions we might not only get thinner but younger also!
