  • HOW’S THE TREASURE CHEST WORKING OUT?

Thoughts and feelings are living forces. That means you have a treasure chest, your mind and emotions, that you may be mis-using.

We are vibrating organisms, and thoughts have different vibrations. The faster, or higher, your vibration, the more power you have to create the life you desire.

So what happens if you complain all the time? What if you keep saying “I’m so fat” or “I’m so broke” etc etc? Well,  negativity is a low vibration. Your vibration creates your world. What you talk and think about is what you pull out of your treasure chest. Get it?

Can you change the  negative “self-talk” you’ve probably done all your life ? Sure, but it will take time. Most of us have been beating ourselves up for so long that we aren’t even aware we’re doing it.  But if you can start to appreciate your life as it is, the reward you will experience for this shift in thinking is beyond description in this short post.

The highest vibration is  gratitude. CLICK HERE and you may do some soul searching

    I know I did.

    SLOW-DRIP POISON

Was on the road for the past week, and came home feeling like I’d been hit by a truck.  Plus my appetite is out of control.  And why? Probably because I ate out so much. Restaurant food is loaded with MSG.
Most restaurants put MSG is in everything. Even Starbucks Coffee has MSG! One exception I am aware of is Jason’s Deli,  but I couldn’t find a Jason’s while I was on the road.
Burger King, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, every restaurant — even the sit-down places like TGIF, Chili’s, Applebee’s, and Denny’s — use MSG in abundance. Kentucky Fried Chicken seems to be the WORST offender.
And why is this? Well, follow the money.  MSG is added to food for the addictive effect it has on the human body. Bottom line, we’re now hooked on processed foods, especially certain “favorites” from restaurants.
Studies were done to confirm this, and were the basis for the food industry decision to add it to our processed foods.

The FDA has set no limits on how much of it can be added to food. They claim it’s safe to eat in any amount. But how can they claim it’s safe when there are hundreds of scientific studies that say otherwise? MSG is linked to diabetes, obesity, migraines and headaches, autism, ADHD, and even Alzheimer’s.

So what can we do about this?

First, we can refuse to buy the foods that contain MSG. Save yourself the trouble of reading labels- there are at least 40 different names for MSG. Just stick to whole, unprocessed foods, or try to eat out in restaurants that offer whole foods. (Next trip I’m going to plan ahead, maybe pack a cooler.)

Second, spread the word. Awareness is part of the solution.
Seems to me that a government so concerned with our health that they say “pay health insurance or go to jail” might want to pass some laws to take the poison out of our food so we wouldn’t be so sick.
