If you’re a member of this group it’s probably because you have tried everything else to lose weight- and are willing to give this strange approach,  ”energetic weight loss” a try. The premise is that various forms of stress cause people to create a protective layer of fat. So, 5 days a week information is sent to the energy fields, via distance biofeedback energetics, to those in this group. Biofeedback is simply stress management. It’s not for mediocre minds.
One thing we know, diets don’t work. Even well known weight loss programs are agreeing with this. That’s because if the various stressors that created the weight aren’t managed or eliminated, it doesn’t matter what a person does. Even if they do release some weight, it will all come back. We are looking for permanent weight management.
As your energy field reaches homeostasis, you may attract an eating plan that works very well. After all, your field is much like a big magnet, attracting what you need once it’s balanced. However in the beginning of this program it’s better to just relax and become aware of what your field is saying, which this week is:
First, we are as a group very stressed nutritionally. I could send energy all day but if a person has nutritional deficiencies two things will happen. First, they will be hungry most of the time, because the body is attempting to get some nutrition. Secondly, the body will hold on to as much fat as possible for protection.
I’m no nutritionist, I’m a biofeedback specialist. But based on the stressors I’m seeing this week I would recommend that those of you not on any particular nutritional program do some research, or better yet see a nutritionist. One particular stressor was deficiency in fatty acids- you might want to go to www.google.com and read up on fatty acids and how they relate to weight control. You might also want to read up on antioxidants, as there were alot of stress markers on the matrix related to free radicals. Even some sort of breakfast shake might make a wonderful improvement.
The following emotions are out of balance in our fields- rationalization, sensuality, and monotony
Our most stressed organs are brain, dental, and eyes
We are concerned with emotional expression, and have stress from allergies. We have been effected by the stress of food poisoning. Often that’s gluten, I’ve read that alot of people are allergic to it. Our top emotion is resistance to change, and top aggravation is job or school stress. We want to work on adipose dissolve- adipose is fat in case you didn’t know.
Our cellular memory is still, energetically, self devaluation- that form of stress can keep us from ever feeling we deserve to release any weight or be attractive.
We want to work on cognition (worry, fear, etc), stressed adrenals, stress from cholesterol, stress from sugar regulation, and stress on the bones.
stress stress stress- that’s all we’re working on- this is not medical stuff- biofeedback does not diagnose- it does not cure- it just sends subtle energetic information to the energy field to help people heal themselves. sorry to keep saying this, but it needs to be clear.
We asked for energy to help with:
Cleansing, stress/ pleasure and sensitivity to being touched/emotional tension, overcharged emotions/developing healthy priorities
We wanted to reconnect to the child within, so we could restore playfulness
Sounds like we need to eat some healthy food and go have some fun. Sounds like a plan to me!
