Before we get started, I want to thank those of you who gave support after the Erickson Swift post. There were some comments I felt I should not approve (so I didn’t). One person even sent me a mug shot. I felt it best not to post these things because we really don’t want to to create more bad energy. This is a weight management blog. However you will see, if you read on , there is some relevance in all this to our forum – because many people who struggle with their weight are those who have experienced emotional or physical pain. We often accumulate fat in an unconscious attempt to deal with it. Plus food can be a powerful tranquilizer. All I have wanted to do during the last two weeks is eat!
So, please bear with me as I make one last comment about this life experience of being defamed and harassed online by a person who doesn’t even know me. Maybe it will help someone else who has been through a similar situation.

As long as the world has existed there have been people who, through lack of knowledge or even just pure meanness, attempt to destroy those around them. They do what they do, and we can’t stop them. All we can do is to take responsibility for our own lives. The End.

If you are someone who has been hurt and suspect that could be the reason you’ve put on weight, maybe it’s time to let that go. Strange as it may sound, eating a whole pizza at bedtime doesn’t do anything to get even with the ones who have caused the pain. Trust me, I know.
What’s worse is that those who have experienced repeated pain or heartbreak often become the type who just look at something like a donut and gain weight. No diets work for them, or if any weight is lost, it comes right back. They know what to do, in fact are diet experts. Many times they actually eat more sensibly than people who are thinner. However, science tells us that the human system often makes an unconscious decision to become a magnet for fat- for protection from pain or injury, emotional or physical. That decision, because it’s unconscious, is powerful and can govern our entire life. We have no way of realizing we made such a decision until it’s brought to our awareness through something that can access the unconscious mind.
I thought about this on Saturday night while I was waiting for my pizza.
Now here’s our Monday’s “message from the matrix”, since I didn’t get to send out the email yesterday:
” I am free from excess fear”
“The things that irritate you most are factors within yourself”
Suggested affirmation: I eat fresh and raw foods daily
And what form of stress was aging us yesterday? Quite a few things, actually- stress on the nerves, emotions of sadness, resistance to change, and stress on our immune systems from sugar.
Here’s the rest of the analysis: as you know, the SCIO analyzes stress by measuring frequency in our energy fields. The stress on our general health was high this week. I look for a number around 85 or higher to indicate a balance, and our number was just 11 (the scale is from 1-100) This doesn’t mean anybody was sick, because this is biofeedback stress management, not medical information. It means just what it says- our general health could have been compromised due to stress.
There was particularly alot of stress on the kidney-bladder. That fits in with the overall theme of fear I saw in our fields, as fear attacks the kidneys. This may be fear over the economy, I don’t know, but the fear reading was huge. No other emotions, on an unconscious level, even wanted to be dealt with.
The other organs that were highly stressed were the bowel, lymphatics, parathyroid and digestive system.
Again, science says that the body may hold on to fat if it believes the organs need the protection.
Our cellular memory, energetically, was anger at family members. We wanted to work with stress related to bones, karma, sports programs, creativity, and the abdomen.
We are still very stressed nutritionally. I did start drinking a new kind of protein shake for breakfast and will keep you posted as to how it works out.
Here’s something to think about, being that I didn’t see much of a shift in the stress level of the group’s nutrition, even after it was mentioned last week. We are working with subtle energy. The goal is that as the stress in your field is managed, you will make small changes, not large. Over time these small changes will amount to huge, permanent, transformations. Subtle energy is phenominally powerful when it is repeated over and over, whether it be thoughts, energy coming from the SCIO, etc.
However, if you just sit back and expect the SCIO to do all the work towards your weight management, this “be thin within” concept will most likely take a very long time to succeed. It will be like taking a shower and then laying down in the dirt.
True, the SCIO sends information to the field to help manage stress. But it is also a powerful teacher- in fact biofeedback means “teach’. We need to take the information it gives and run with it.
For example, did you learn anything about fatty acids – www.google.com- or better yet, purchase some? (Or start taking the ones you already have that are sitting in the refrigerator!)
Am I asking you to diet? Absolutely not. Diets don’t work. Am I saying you can eat what you feel like eating, even if it’s a gallon of ice cream? Sure. If you want it, and deprive yourself, you may eat two gallons the next night.
I am suggesting, though, that you not only begin to apply the information from your consciousness that you see on the blog but that you also start being more aware of any ideas that come to you. Our field is much like a magnet. As it achieves homeostasis, which is the goal of the work we do, it will attract to you the correct approach to release excess weight. You may decide to go on a detox, get a body wrap, whatever. Or the weight might just fall off because you lose your taste for the gallon of ice cream. We’re all different. But if you tune out or resist the information that comes your way it is going to be a slow, slow, process.
That’s it for now- please keep the group posted with what’s going on!
