  • Compelling information on nutrition

Got this video yesterday- it’s two hours long but well worth the time. I know this is not a site that discusses cancer, however we do discuss the stress that poor nutrition places on the body.( As you know, our group reports, energetically, a great deal of stress from an imbalance of nutrients.) Nutrition is really what this video is about. However if you know someone with cancer, you might want to check and see if they’d like you to pass this information on to them.

I suggest to check and see first because many will find this video upsetting. They would rather stay unaware, because they’ve been conditioned, like most of America, to believe that you get the best possible treatments from only your physicians, and are protected by the FDA and AMA. While that is often true, it isn’t always the case. For that reason many will not be able to handle this information.  I hope you will watch it with an open mind, and then take steps to confirm or deny what bothers you.

If you watch all the way to the end you will see that proper nutrition has the potential of balancing the body so that any number of so called “diseases” can be eliminated. Obesity is one of the examples they give.

Obesity, just like cancer, is big money in this country.  It is very possible that we have not been given proper information, for example, on how to balance blood sugar ( almost impossible to release excess weight if blood sugar can’t be balanced), etc.

One final thought: In this group we do biofeedback stress reduction, and some biofeedback practitioners, along with many who practice other alternative or nutritional therapies, have been labeled as “quacks”.

After watching this video, you may re-define “quack’.  The link will lead you to youtube.com, where you can click on part 1.

    Challenging Day!

Usually Thursday is the day we work on liver related stress. The liver is our filter, and stores toxins that the body can’t process in our fat layer. Also, the liver is said to carry the emotion of anger.. Actually,in our case as a group the prevailing stressor seemed to be depression…which is anger turned inward.

Today as information was sent to the field to help manage all this, the collective stress in the group was so intense that the SCIO kept shutting down. Our usual hour-hour and a half session took all morning.

Whenever the device shuts down it means either there is a great deal of unconscious resistance to change or some other type of stress related to what we are doing. Fortunately, there is no way a person can get more energy than their stress level can handle…because the device just stops.

I was able to complete the work,  with alot of starts and stops! Here’s is what we had to say :

-stress from fear is aging us today

-we got a message that we are “poisoned”- remember, this is not literal, but in terms of stress could mean that we’re getting too much processed food, etc. Actually,  alot of stress related to some sort of dairy product kept showing up- who ate the gallon of ice cream?

-there was a message “explore the unsaids for the clue to cure”

And our suggested affirmation was, again, “I am free from excess greed”.

Further sources of stress…”can’t control self”…energy mismanagement…fatigue…conflict with others

Like I said, a challenging day.

If anyone in the group is going through an usually stressful time and would like to have a one on one session, please email me at cathy@bethinwithin.com
