This company has a number of outstanding whole food products, and people have had amazing results following the steps the founder, David Sandoval, outlines. If you go to Education you will see what he calls “battle plans” for not just weight control but many other issues as well.

If you know of any other good whole foods products, please post and share with us. The analysis shows repeatedly that we are very stressed nutritionally. In fact, our affirmation for today was ” I love, honor, and respect all of my nutritional needs.”  This was almost embarassing, as it sounded like I made it up to go with the post, but  that’s not the case! It’s the message our subconscious is trying to get to us!
