Don’t know about the other members of the group, but during the last week or so I’ve been starving. In particular, I’ve craved bread. Today, as I toasted the last 2 slices from a loaf, I said to a friend, who was on the phone “this is the last loaf of bread, even whole grain ,  I’m going to have in my house!” (Yeah, right.)
She reminded me that the body is always seeking balance. If a person is craving energy (that’s all food is) there is obviously a reason. According to her, there are some things going on in our solar system, i.e. solar flares, that could influence our need for energy at this time.
She suggested I flow with it- so am passing this information along. Hopefully this isn’t the same as enabling- we still need to have awareness of what we’re putting into our systems. However, she had a point: guilt around eating only transmutes negative energy to the food, and could cause a person to put on even more weight.
She suggested that instead of resisting this burst of hunger, honor the body’s need for balance and EATÂ THE EXTRA FOOD IT SEEMS TO REQUIREÂ .
The friend, Laura Lassiter, has been trained to step into the energetic matrix and as a result often shares interesting  information. She is such a warehouse of knowledge that she now is even on talk radio.
I asked if she would have some time to further elaborate through this forum, and she felt she might be able to do that later today (tuesday). Any comments she has can be seen if you click on the heading to the left “Has your eating been out of control?” and scroll down.
Meanwhile, I personally am going to increase my protein consumption, so that maybe the bread cravings won’t be so intense. Also, will continue to stick with whole foods, grains, etc, as opposed to white flour and sugar.

We have just experienced some incredible potent energies that surrounded not only the Summer Solstice but the full moon lunar eclipse. These were of galactic proportions as we prepare for the solar eclipse later this month.
As the frequencies continue to become more refined and subtle, our bodies are continually seeking to synchronize with them. As a result, there is a constant ebbing and flowing of these energies as the body is being re-wired. In it’s quest for balance, the body seeks what it knows that will help it achieve equilibrium and that is food.
We are expending a tremendous amount of energy right now integrating these different frequencies, and the body is using its reserves to help find the equilibrium it is seeking.
One of the “symptoms” of this excess use of energy is wanting to eat more. The problem is we are expending energy in a way in which most of us are unaware of it and when the body needs more fuel to help integrate the higher frequencies, we tend to go on guilt trips as we eat more or deny the body of proper fuel.
Right now, we need to be eating more quality protein as this will help us replace the energy we are using. If we don’t, we will feel fatigued, lethargic, depressed, irritable and snippy. Keep the meals simple such as steamed vegetables or raw foods. We need the highest frequency of food that is available in order to assist our bodies in achieving equilibrium.
This will also help ground you as eat vegetables especially root vegetables. They are grown in the ground, and you will assimilate the “groundedness” or essence of the vegetable. Eating sugar will only compound the problem because sugar carries an uprising energy, and the energies your body is seeking to balance is already an uprising or higher frequency. This will take you longer to process these new frequencies, and you may feel jittery and nervous for no apparent reason.
Seen from an energetic perspective, you may need to eat a little extra because of the hard work your body is doing to process these incoming cosmic frequencies. It will not serve your highest and best good to eat just anything whenever you feel like it. Remember, it has to be the highest quality food you can find. Keep it simple. Finally, get some exercise. This will help to disperse these strong currents going through your body.
I too have been experiencing these amazing and accelerated energies and I am feeling the need for nutritional support.
I am really trying hard to replace my comfort cravings with higher frequency super foods, this working for me.
The other day I chopped up fennel and radishes added some lite ranch dressing and that made a wonderful snack because it was crunchy and it really takes my appetite away, try it I know you will like it. You can eat as much of this as you like.
A wonderful way to reduce calories and cleanse at the same time is to make a raw food
blended drink and drink it all day. Green food drinks really feed us on a cellular level and cleanse our organs at the same time. I was inspire by the book Green for Life (Paperback)by Victoria Boutenko
There are wonderful and easy recipes you can try and use as detox cleanses. The one I use the most is a kale drink, which is not in this book but many of the recipes are along the same line.
Here is the recipe for the Kale Drink that helps me so much:
1 bunch of flat leaf kale
4 organic apples (stems and seeds removed)
1 whole lemon (seeds removed/with skin on)
4 cups of pure water or more if needed
I always start with a gallon of pure water, pour 2 cups into a blender. Add cleaned and chopped kale,
then I add the lemon sliced so there are no seeds with the skin on. I blend to my desired texture. I like it a little coarse so I can drink and chew at the same time. When you can chew you don’t feel as if you are missing out in your eating experience. After this is blended I add it to an empty gallon container, if it is too thick add more water and blend more, you can’t mess this up or make a mistake.
Now with the same blender jar, please don’t rinse out the leftover kale mixture from the glass, add 2 cups of water. Then add your apples, I cut mine up to make it easy to blend. Again blend to your desired texture. When this is done add it to the kale and lemon water, then shake. This should make one gallon and you can drink as much as you want. You will have a drink that is nutritious, delicious, filling and empowering!
Once we clean our systems to a certain point we don’t have as many craving as we use to have,
and that is a great feeling.
