Today was a beautiful session, and we didn’t shut down the device!
Here are the top stressors for the week as relate to weight management -
Top item- kidney/urinary system
Emotions- lust, resistance to change, denial, and bargaining
We want to:
-relax, focus on the cause of emotional blocks, stop procrastinating, identify and release beliefs that work subconsciously, stop trying to use our will to solve problems, and start understanding other peoples’ point of view
There is a concern about stress from environmental toxins, stress from deficiency of nutrients, lack of awareness, and a theme that plays through the session is stress from inherited issues- so it looks like stress related to heredity will be a focus this week.
Cellular memory is still stress related to dispute with a family member. Last week it was measured as “anger”, this week it’s measured as a “dispute’. Actually,  the family is a big source of stress this week for the group.
We are also asking to work on the stress of enzyme intolerance, immune system imbalances, circulation, and environmental issues
As you know, we’re doing stress management… when the field achieves balance, or homeostasis, the body can self heal. Even though weight management is our focus, there may be other results as well- the AMA says 85% of all disease is caused by stress!

I was doing really well with my weight loss, then all of a sudden I started gaining like I’d never lost before. I don’t even know what happened. I think I’m getting back on track, but it’s like I have to struggle to start all over again.
Hi Cheri- So often this happens – no matter how the weight is being released, via diet, energetic work, etc, alot of times the ego steps in. The ego can be compared to a computer programmer who doesn’t want to learn a new program. It will do whatever it can to keep the old program (in our case, being overweight) in place. Alot of times all it takes is for people to start noticing that you’re releasing some pounds or inches and all of the sudden our appetite is out of control- because the ego is terrified that it can’t “operate” a slim, beautiful, you. It just doesn’t compute! Thanks so much for posting this, and I’ll add some stress management to our daily routine for this issue!
