Hi Cheri- So often this happens - no matter how the weight is being released, via diet, energetic work, etc, alot of times the ego steps in. The ego can be compared to a computer programmer who doesn't want to learn a new program. It will do whatever it can to keep the old program (in our case, being overweight) in place. Alot of times all it takes is for people to start noticing that you're releasing some pounds or inches and all of the sudden our appetite is out of control- because the ego is terrified that it can't "operate" a slim, beautiful, you. It just doesn't compute! Thanks so much for posting this, and I'll add some stress management to our daily routine for this issue!

I was doing really well with my weight loss, then all of a sudden I started gaining like I'd never lost before. I don't even know what happened. I think I'm getting back on track, but it's like I have to struggle to start all over again.
