  • WHERE ARE YOU IN THIS PICTURE?

Are we so stressed with our daily living that we’re missing what’s right before our eyes?  A bill has been introduced in congress, the Dietary Safety Supplement Act of 2010 .  If it passes, your legal right to access vitamins and minerals will be a thing of the past.

Quantum physics says that everything is an illusion. I say that includes our belief that our elected officials have our best interests at heart, at least when it comes to our food supply. Asparteme, MSG, Fluoride, the list of chemicals in our food is endless, and yet now they want to block vitamins and minerals.

Did you know there was a study recently that found newborn babies have over 300 chemicals in their systems when they are born? No wonder we see such a rise in Attention Deficit Disorder, etc.

And we talked about depression this week. Did you know the fastest growing group of the population to suffer from depression is preschoolers?

Maybe this world of illusion is to blame. We re so caught up the monthly bills, what’s on TV, where to go to eat, etc, that we don’t see or even care about the true picture.

If you do care, here’s a petition you can sign regarding this bill.

    DEPRESSION AND WEIGHT GAIN

Not sure which comes first- the weight or the depression- but the two often run hand in hand. Depression, like obesity, seems to be an epidemic in many “civilized” countries. (maybe we’re eating too many processed foods? watching too much TV?)

In the Be Thin Within group we’ve been talking about a natural product for depression through TrueHope. Even people suffering from bipolar depression have had phenominal results.

Once they started treating with this natural product they also began to release weight! (don’t know why, but so many people get fat when they’re on anti-depression medications.)

Also this morning I saw where researchers acknowledge that Omega-3 fatty acids are effective for depression. (We need them anyway, whether we’re depressed or not!)

In trying to get more information on this I ran across an item that in Japan depression is such a problem that they are thinking of adding lithium to their drinking water!

What if we could make some very slight dietary changes that could turn this all around?

    CAN YOU GUESS YOUR STRESS?

Haven’t been able to log on to the blog for the last few days, with upgrades being made. However the Be Thin Within Group gets a stress scan every monday. I’m going to start sharing some of the highest stress markers for the group, with hopes that the information might help others.

We believe that the true cause for weight gain is stress, and that stress comes in many forms that we may not be aware of.  Stress can come in physical form, for example low thyroid, blood sugar, inherited patterns etc. But it can also be emotional, as in fear of change, deep anger and resentment and so on .

Usually we aren’t consciously aware of our core stressors .  The biofeedback scans on all levels, and can be very enlightening.

Information in the form of frequency is sent remotely each week, via quantum biofeedback, to help manage this stress on an unconscious level. However biofeedback means “teach’, so we also must change behaviors as we become aware of how they are effecting our stress level.

For example, the  highest stress this week is related to dental issues. We need to take care of our teeth, as they’re a vital part of our electrical system! We need to floss, stop brushing with fluoride toothpaste, maybe visit the dentist.

Most stressed emotions were bargaining and compulsivity.

Most stressed neurotransmitter was gaba. Gaba is related to compulsive eating. If you haven’t purchased “Younger Thinner You Diet” by Eric Braverman this might not make any sense. However most of our group is reading it and having great results with weight by working with neurotransmitters (brain chemistry).  Sounds complicated, but all they’re doing is making some simple dietary changes.

We receive frequency for abundance daily. Worry about money is a form of stress that can make people put on alot of weight!

The biofeedback has a “risk profile” and on it the highest area of stress related to weight was oxidation.  Will be posting information on that in the future.

On an emotional level (related to stress) we wanted to develop the natural warmth of the heart, guard against abuse of authority and self-importance, eliminate fear of loss of control and deprivatoin, be open to new experiences, ease anxiety, and accept our emotions.

Many experts say that stress causes the body to produce hormones that put on weight. It doesn’t do any good to diet if the stress that put on the weight in the first place is not managed!

ITS FRIDAY NIGHT. WHAT ARE YOUR CHAKRAS DOING?

Another wild friday night as I sit here working on the weight loss group Be Thin Within.  We get some energetic ”stress management” each day, but for some reason today the group’s chakras would not balance, which indicated a high stress level, so am giving it another try.

When I first got into biofeedback I didn’t want to hear about chakras- it was too new-agey for me. Then I went to a lecture by Dr. Bruce Lipton  and he explained in a way that opened my eyes.

Dr. Lipton said that he learned, from his cellular research, that we are actually operated from outside our body, not from within. Our cells take instruction from the energy fields around us.

We can be compared to the spaceship voyager. Those of us old enough can recall the voyager walking around on the moon. If we had been from another reality we might have thought it was walking on its own.

But of course we knew that NASA was handling all the controls, and guiding the voyager.

Our body is the same. We are operated by our energy field (NASA) as it sends information to us (the voyager) via the cellular membranes.

Chakras control the flow of  information being sent from our field to our cells

Chakras can get out of sync though. Stress can make them spin the wrong way. Then physical and emotional problems can result, because our cells aren’t getting the right information. Diabetes, for example, according to Caroline Myss, who has the ability to see the human energy system,  is considered a 3rd chakra issue.

In other words, there could be healing by working on the chakras rather than the actual physical issue.

So, if you’re interested, click here to learn more about this subject. You may be one , like me, who’s always thought this was a bunch of hooey. But if you’re serious about achieving optimal physical and emotional health, it may be time to read up.

Plus it’s Friday night. Live a little  :)
