Many have been led to this group because they’ve tried and failed repeatedly to create the body size and shape they desire. Biofeedback stress management as an approach to weight management is seen as a last ditch effort.
However, if an individual refuses to give up and decides to give our approach a try he or she may be forced to examine what makes them “click” and as a result learn some interesting things that impact not just their weight, but many other aspects of their life.Â
Dr. Bruce Lipton puts it this way: “Each person’s life today is just a printout of their subconscious mind.”Â
If you begin to clear unwanted patterns in this print-out, which things like the SCIO can do, you may develop the ability to go into CONSCIOUS creation – in other words, create what you really want.
Here’s why going into conscious creation can seem so difficult- we are primarily operated by our subconscious.
The subconscious is formed primarily during the first 6-8 years of life by all the messages, verbal and otherwise, from those who were around you. We can’t remember all the messages, but we create our lives around them.
Some of the people who had input into your creation are people you may not even have liked, much less wanted pattern your life after!
Unfortunately, if you’re like most of the people on this planet, you are unaware of all this. You are in “auto pilot’, as the subconscious runs 95% of the time and represents 40 million bytes per minute running through your life!
The good news is that if you’re not pleased with your print-out, you can chose to take control now. You can reprogram these subconscious thoughts and begin to create the life that you would like to live in forever- it’s your choice!
