    Welcome to Global Wellness Consultants!

Our desire is to share a “healthier way of being’ with the world.

Hopefully the time you spend here will leave you with a sense that you have the power to do what is right for your health and the health of the ones you care about.

Global seems to be the “buzz” word for 2008. Here it means “overall” – You already know all the clichĂ©s about eating, exercising, sleeping and living a balanced life. We take that a step further – we teach you to use your own energy to reach and maintain balance on all levels.

Another much overused word for this decade is “stress”. Stress is a good thing. We need it. However, what happens when the human system is “over stressed”?

Just like a piece of wood or metal that has more weight than its molecular structure can handle–it breaks. Its energy level has exceeded the boundaries of its strength to hold together.

That happens to us. Science tells us everything is energy, so of course that includes the human body. If the leg, for example, hits a solid object with momentum, it breaks.

The energy produced affects the solid. That is exactly what happens in all areas of life when we get too much stress—something “breaks”. Life stops working.

So, we invite you to explore this site and learn how to work with the human energy system so that you can create the life you desire . We focus on the number one issue that is a result of the imbalance of energy.

    OBESITY and OVERWEIGHT-
Here you will learn how you can redistribute energy that causes you to overeat, or stops you from not exercising. You will also have an opportunity to join a weight management, research program.

So again, WELCOME! Stay awhile, and you may learn much more than how to create the body size and shape you desire…everything is energy, so you may transform your life!
